Kunle Live In-Concert Guest Performer Adoma

An award winning emerging artist, singer, songwriter and multi instrumentalist. His folk and soul music bridges contemporary styles with roots in West African rhythms and stories. Nigerian born and currently based in Toronto, Ontario, Kunle brings together his rich vocals, unique percussive guitar and tapping, harmonica and talking drum to take audiences into what he terms “music with no boundaries”. Kunle's move to Canada has seen him master his skill, tour Canada and Europe were he has been featured at Owen Sound Waterfront Festival 2017, Ossfest 2017, Blue Skies Music Festival 2016, Peterborough Folk Festival 2016 and Mariposa Folk Festival 2015 (after which the Canadian folk legend Gordon Lightfood told Kunle to never stop playing). Kunle is finally heading back home to Ghana for his first solo concert and this promises to be electrifying with great music. This will see Kunle perform alongside his semi-orchestral band thrilling the audience with breath taking musical performance and with special guest musicians. Kunle has been recognized as a highly skilled guitarist and is one of the few musicians featured on the rosters of Stonebridge Guitars & Furch Guitars. Kunle’s song “My Little Fingers” was awarded the best instrumental by Folk Music Ontario in 2015. Guest performer for the night: The beautiful Adoma.
